Questions buyers ask
Do I need to be pre-approved first?
Not to get started, but it helps. A pre-approval tells you what you can spend and shows sellers you’re ready. If you’re not there yet, I can introduce you to a lender I trust. You’re always free to choose your own.
Do I have to sign a buyer agreement?
Yes. Before touring homes together, buyers sign a written agreement with their agent. It spells out what I do for you, how I’m paid, and how long it lasts. I’ll walk you through it and answer every question before you sign.
What areas do you cover?
Berks, Chester, Lancaster, Montgomery and Delaware counties in southeast Pennsylvania.
