What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, property address, and details about your plans.
- How the site is used. Our own analytics record pages viewed, which forms were seen, started, and sent, and how you arrived (for example a search engine, social media, or a link with a campaign tag). This is tied to a random visit ID, not to your name, unless you send a form.
- Session recordings. We use Microsoft Clarity to see anonymized recordings and heatmaps of how visitors move through pages, so we can make the site easier to use. Form fields are always hidden in these recordings, so what you type is never captured.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and help with buying, selling, or renovating.
- If you give us your phone number, Chris may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- To understand which pages and forms work, and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the site and respond to you (website and database hosting, email delivery, lead notifications, and Microsoft Clarity), with the real estate brokerage Chris works under when needed for your transaction, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technology
Our own pages set no cookies. A random visit ID and how you arrived are kept in your browser tab's session storage and are cleared when you close the tab. Microsoft Clarity is set up to run without cookies. Some pages include tools from other companies, such as Google Maps and our review and Instagram feeds, which may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Microsoft Clarity.
- You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Keeping and protecting information
We keep form submissions as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal record-keeping requirements. Access to submitted information is password protected.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
